Hasn't anyone noticed that "Mezhaan Kwaad" on Edge of Victory looks exactly like Nen Yim on "The Final Prophecy"? I think someone is mislabled. Plus Mezhaan had a master's hand, and the character on the cover has an adept's hand.
this is shaping up (ha ha , get it ..shaping?) to be a real nice one! I don't know anything about their hands but it looks like she s got the surgical tools to do the job! Pretty face too!

Hehe, I was wondering when this would come up. If you look closely you will notice the tattoo's are not the same as the woman pictured on the front of conquest. I also thought the one on that book cover was Nen Yim for exactly the same reason as you. This figure ive sketched here did actually have more than five fingers, though at the angle it would have looked very cluttered to fit them all in the pencil sketch - I will be adding more as I go along. I also imagine that many of the useful tools on an adepts hand would be used on a masters, having more up to date or advanced ones added later.
P.S It was wookieepedia that have mislabled her, I meant to ask the artist at CE who it was she had intended it to be, but was in a loooooong queue at the time I saw her waiting to see Mark Hamil XD
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
